To convert kilobits/second to kilobytes/second divide the kilobits/second speed by 8.192.

Example: 768 kilobits/sec is equal to 93.75 kilobytes/sec.

A speed plan of  768Kb ( kilobits) down is equal to 93.75KB ( kilobytes) as shown in your browser download window.

When abbreviating kilobits or kilobytes:
A lower case "b" is kilobits.
An upper case "B" is kilobytes.

Whether or not the "k" is upper or lower case has no meaning.
